Your photographs, placed where you put them, at the size they will print. Backgrounds cut out in the app, edges settled by hand.
The finishes schedule
Beside the board, not in another file. Every piece named once, with its own code — TL-1, PL-2, CAB-1 — and the figures as the shop published them.
The Spec Book
The same regions print as the book your client signs, under your studio's name and mark. Out as a PDF, and the schedule as a spreadsheet.

Six pieces, each with its link and price, the room, and what it comes to.
Every price is the regular one the shop published for the piece in the picture. The total is their sum.

Ask for one and the app draws the room from the pieces you placed, at the measurements you entered. It may set a towel or a plant beside them: props, never a line in your schedule. Below, six pieces taken out of one room drawn in the app, put back together as a new one.

Every piece is named once
Drop a photo on the board and it appears in the schedule beside it, with its code already given: TL-1, PL-2, CAB-1. No captions across your photographs, nothing to keep in step by hand.
Nothing invented
Paste a supplier link and you get back what the shop published. At the shops that block robots, you copy the page from your browser instead. Either way, what they left out reads Not provided, never a plausible number. Your contractor can quote from it.
Your studio's name on it
The specbook goes out signed with your company and your mark. Your client never sees ours.
Cut the background out here
Take the background off a product shot without leaving the app, settle the edge, place it. What you see on the sheet is what prints.
One document, and only that.
A specbook usually lives in three files: the board in one, the schedule in a spreadsheet, the plan in a third. Rename a piece in one of them and it stays wrong in the other two, and the spreadsheet gets rebuilt for the next room anyway.
